Alcohol Service & Licensing

Alcohol service is provided in accordance with all applicable Minnesota state and local laws.

• Buddy Boy Fine BBQ holds the appropriate licensing to provide off-site alcohol service where permitted.
• Alcohol service availability is subject to event location approval, venue policies, and local jurisdiction requirements.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests consuming alcohol.
• Buddy Boy Fine BBQ reserves the right to limit or refuse alcohol service to any guest at the discretion of management or licensed bartending staff.
• Alcohol service requires the use of approved bartenders and service staff.
• Client is responsible for ensuring venue approval for alcohol service when required.
