Pricing & Market Conditions
All menu and beverage prices are subject to change based on market conditions and product availability. Once a deposit is received, pricing is guaranteed for events held within 12 months, unless ingredient market costs increase by more than 10%.
Deposit & Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date. Events are not confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received.
Menu & Event Finalization
Final menu selections, guest count, and event details must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to your event. This ensures product availability, staffing, and guaranteed pricing.
Final Guest Count Guarantee
The final guest count provided at the deadline will be considered the guaranteed minimum and cannot be reduced. Increases may be accommodated based on availability.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise arranged.
Service Charge & Tax
A standard service charge and applicable Minnesota sales tax will be added to all catering orders.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation timelines and credits may be outlined in your individual catering agreement.
